Ticket return
To return a ticket, it is necessary to complete the standard Refund Application form.
Fill out the application corresponding to the currency used to pay for the ticket:

Please note that all fields in the Application are mandatory. The information must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date at the time of completing the Application. If the Application is submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information, it will not be considered, and a refund will not be issued.
Then, scan the completed application and ticket and send them to us by email at contact@mobility.partners
Important!
Without a submitted completed Application, the ticket cannot be canceled, and a refund will not be issued.
The deduction amount for an unused ticket is determined individually by the carrier and depends on the time from the submission of the Application to the departure of the trip.
The funds will be returned using the same method that was used to pay for the ticket, to the same account from which it was paid, and to the person who made the payment.
The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
